We used Dave's Transport to move our family over a weekend in January. I can't say enough good things! When calling to schedule with Dave, he was kind and professional. The day of the move, they were on time. All six young men were friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything was moved without damage - their wrapping skills are great! - and to the correct space. They were motivated and energetic (a refreshing change from the moving company we use before - late, slow, and creepy) - not all companies are good so don't risk your move- use Dave's Transport!:). Dave's Transport handled my packing and move. Everything was handled very professionally from start to finish. Joe was in charge of our move from Richards Bay to Cape Town. Everything was packed and labeled very well. It is so important with a lot of glass and valuable items. It also makes it much easier to find the important everyday items to unpack first. The moving crew (sorry I don't remember all their names) were hard working and very courteous always asking if I needed any help with items. I had several heirlooms that could not be replaced. There were all padded and wrapped very well so there was not any damage. Overall, from my first conversation with Joe that reassured me and helped with my anxiety over the whole process to everyone else involved it help to make for any easier day. Well done! This was an excellent service. We were incredibly pleased with Joe who took care of our move and the helpfulness of the removal crew who were very pleasant in their consideration of our needs. We moved from Stellenbosch to Umhlanga and they excelled in the total service from the pickup to the off-load in Umhlanga. What a relief for us, as it was our first move in 20 years! Their fine packing kept everything from breaking and the staff was kind, patient and very strong!
