JANUARY 2025

We recently used Dave's Transport for a move from Durban - Queensburgh, to East London. We had not hired professional movers before so honestly, we were not sure what to expect. But without a doubt, we were 100% impressed with the whole process beforehand and the move itself. Joe who was in charge of our move, was incredibly accommodating and answered any questions we had along with providing a pretty accurate quote. Joe was patient with our multiple questions and last-minute changes. On moving day, Joe and his team showed up on time and started immediately. They worked quickly and carefully and were very accommodating throughout the day. Moreover, they came prepared with special packing equipment to package our antique pieces. The delivery to our new home was as smooth as the packing at the old house. All in all, we definitely recommend going with this company for your moving needs. This was my fourth move with Dave's Transport. This time I moved from Somerset West to Table View.  They always do such a great job. Careful with packing and moving challenging pieces. Expertise was readily evident with Dave's Transport from the moment they arrived for our move from Struis baai to Somerset West. All packing was accomplished with great care. Dave and his team did an excellent job for moving out of our old house in Strand and into our new one in Betty's Bay and storing some of our belongings too. It was a difficult move with Dave's Transport as it involved multiple loading sites in Stellenbosch before off-loading at our new home in Rondebosch.
