On the day of the move, Dave, who supervised he move personally, and the crew arrived early, and were fast, diligent, organized, and professional. I had a truly 5-star experience with Dave's Transport - they were on time, even gave me a call an hour before arriving. Their packing service was awesome - they packed everything neatly and efficiently and placed all the furniture items in my new place perfectly. As I found them on the internet, they did the wrapping and packing of the furniture exactly like on the photographs on their website. They did the job as promised!! My move with Dave's Transport from Stellenbosch to Margate was planned three months in advance. During this time I had the best service from Joe, who was going to be in charge of my move. No question was too much to answer, and all his replies were very valuable. On the day he and the team arrived ahead of schedule, on a cold and rainy day. I wasn't able to pack everything since my mother had passed away two weeks before my move. They made me feel safe and helped pack things gently and quickly. They were patient and very positive and compassionate. They were top notch. On the delivery they did not leave until every item was placed in the correct position in each room. Dear Dave, we want to tell all your future clients how wonderful your company has treated us. From start to finish, this was our best move in 30 years! From the first telephone call to the last email, nothing was too little for Dave to keep us informed how the move was planned. They had to fetch some items from storage, then take all the items from the old house with and return the items to storage that did not fit into our new retirement home.
