We can't recommend these guys highly enough. They moved the entire contents of our 4+ bedroom house from Durban to Somerset West. From the moment I contacted them to the day of the move (and beyond) they were awesome to work with. Joe who was in charge of the move, was just brilliant on his advice about the move and what to do on our side. There was clear and concise communication on all the emails. They were also significantly less expensive than the bigger moving companies, all of which gave us estimates of more than 40% higher than Dave's Transport. We had a wonderful experience with Dave's Transport from the start to the finish with Dave in the office. He was friendly, caring and professional and answered all our questions and was very responsive when we needed him. The crew that loaded the moving truck under Dave's supervision took great care with our belongings. Anything that needed extra care was wrapped with detailed attention. Dave and his colleague, Joe, are professional movers, responsive and very helpful. I contracted them to move my son and his wife's furniture from the Strand to La Lucia in Durban. Joe was always accessible on email and his email and provide useful information in the leadup to the move. The pickup under the guidance of Joe went so smoothly and the moving team was excellent.
