DAVE and his team were great. Honest, friendly and responded perfectly well to my requests. I moved from Somerset West to Hout Bay. They were careful in packing and wrapping the furniture and worked well together as a team. They were respectful and worked considerately around my pets too. A trustworthy and likeable bunch. Thank you. Mrs Betty Sharp, Hout Bay, March 2026

Dave's Furniture Removals did an excellent job removing all our furniture into storage, packing and covering all our furniture and fragile items in Tableview storage. The team that worked with Dave was professional, knew exactly how to plan the loading and were well organized. They were very accommodating all the way through the move, as we decided to include some items at the last moment. Thanks guys, job well done. Gerald and Denise Mc Donald, Tableview, March 2026

We would like to say thank you so much to Dave's Removals and especially to Joe and the six  guys who moved us from Port Shepstone into our temporary accommodation in Stellenbosch. They most certainly went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly with the move. All the 'loan' furniture arrived on time and they put everything together for us and even assembled the furniture for two bedrooms so that they looked great - what an absolutely wonderful service. Cannot fault this service from start to finish from picking up the phone, being kept informed, and follow up calls to ensure everything went smoothly. I would not dream of using anyone else anymore. Alex and Sharon Stone, Stellenbosch, March 2026

Wow what a lovely bunch of movers. They were so fast and efficient. They are very friendly and took great care of the wrapping of our furniture and it was all packed so thoroughly. We actually felt so at ease with them that we could visit the neighbours to say goodbye. If you cannot decide which movers to get choose these.....they are so worth every cent. In fact, when our son moves to his new flat, we will be having them again. Thank you Dave and everyone. March 2026

Joe and his team made our move so easy and as stress free as possible, we could not be more grateful for all their help. We moved on rather short notice from Strand to Port Elizabeth. From day one, each step of the move was made simple and our move went smoothly from the start. The attention to details to wrap and pack the furniture is absolutely amazing. The delivery was as professional and we moved into our new home within a few hours from them arriving. Thanks again guys! Amanda and Jonathan Kerry, Port Elizabeth. March 2026

We recently moved from Worcester to Gordons Bay and had the contents of our house packed, removed and stored by Dave's Removals company in Gordons Bay, while we are waiting on our new house to move into. We can give them ten out of ten at least for every aspect of their work. Communication prior to the move, attention to detail regarding packaging and loading the truck carefully was all exemplary. All the people from this company were extremely kind, patient and helpful. Everything was packed well and all items and furniture delivered without any damage. Exceptionally smooth and seamless moving experience with Dave's Furniture Removals company. We relocated from Grabouw to George and Dave and his team were a friendly bunch and were also quite efficient. They did a great job. Professional and polite. Guys worked efficiently and kept to time as they promised. Nothing got damaged during the move or on arrival. They took the stress away from us trying to take everything to the new home. Super movers! Charles and Patricia, George, March 2026

I had so many questions in the run up to booking and found Dave to be responsive, patient and very helpful without being difficult and pushy like other companies. I moved from Robertson to Greenpoint. The team was fantastic- they arrived promptly, were very polite and helpful. They carefully removed the doors off the double door fridge freezer as it was too big to move out of our kitchen and put them back on again at the delivery address. Excellent service! Jenny Swartz, Greenpoint, March 2026

Dave helped me move from a flat in Seapoint to a 2-bed flat in Satari, Somerset West. They were quick to respond and helped me work out how to manage in between me still being at the office for an urgent meeting. They were also able to fit me in at short notice. The team was friendly and very professional and they did the little extras like bubble wrapping a very old painting and my large computer screen. Communication was good throughout. The move was completed in the suggested time and the final bill was the same as the quote with no additional charges. Overall, a lot less stressful than I had anticipated.
